Supervisor - Parking Attendant (Non-Driving)
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Boston, MA
Shift & Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00PM - 11:00PM
Must Have: Prior customer service experience

Pilgrim Parking is currently hiring a Attendant Supervisor for full-time opportunities to start immediately.
What we're looking for:*
- Help motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and assist with completing accident/incident reports.
- Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff.
- Communicate with staff on a regular basis and communicate policy changes, new programs, and operational changes.
- Assist local management with maintaining and/or cataloging all equipment, uniforms, and supplies.
- Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs and identify discrepancies as applicable.
- Maintain log of field bank transactions, uniforms issued, and parking violators, as applicable.
- Monitor cleanliness and physical conditions at the assigned facilities and report any safety or maintenance issues to local management.
- Enforce policy/procedure, rules, and regulations.
- Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking each customer at the end of the interaction.

Must haves:
- High School degree or equivalent preferred.
- One yearof related customer service experience preferred.
- Parking experience preferred.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written and electronic correspondence.
- Must have a valid DMV driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer.
- Ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle.
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
- Exhibit leadership, coaching and motivational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Customer service: 1 year+
